Being developed based on NXP's transponder IC, HF RFID Module D-Think_M50A is a 13.56MHz read/write module which complies with ISO14443A and supports MIFARE Classic 1K/4K,NTAG213/215/216. It does auto Real-time detecting tag which moves into or out of detective range and reports through one output pin's logic level. In addition, it integrates all necessary components and antenna into one PCB. The external Micro-controller can work with D-Think_M50A to read/write ISO14443A cards and labels by simple serial communication command.
